A cost effective solution tailored to derive the best from the concrete which varied greatly in condition.
A floor coating suitable for an engineering environment with forklift traffic.
Preparation:
Dust free shotblasting.
Diamond grinding was used to prepare edges.
The specified flooring:
600 sq m of smoothing screed to resurface a particularly rough section of the floor.
The entire 1,600 sq mfloor was finished with our Britdura Solvent Free
Highbuild Epoxy Floor Coating which is applied by trowel to ensure an even distribution of resin and consistent finish.
Remedial wok was carried out including filling of holes and general making good prior to the installation of the screed and coating.
Colours : Dusty Blue, Terracotta with Golden Yellow Lines.
The coating has a fine slip resistant finish and can be cleaned with ease using scrubber/dryer machines.
