Worn and exposed concrete.
Installation Programme
The installation was carried out in three phases including two weekends so as not to disrupt production.
Requirements
The aim was to find a cost effective way to upgrade the appearance of the floors. It was important that the floor sealed the worn and dusting surface and provide a hard wearing working surface.
Preparation
A combination of shotblasting and diamond grinding were used to prepare the floor. All preparation methods being dust controlled.
The Chosen Floor
The Britdura 750 Epoxy Floor Coating which is laid to a thickness of 1mm.
