A winning combination

Elgood Industrial Flooring were selected following the successful completion of their Britdura 500 Solvent Free Epoxy Floor Coating at Technicut's new facility.

Technicut Required

A cost effective and hard wearing coating to upgrade the appearance of the floor.

A floor coating suitable for an engineering environment with forklift traffic.

A floor layout throughout the building including gangways and hazard hatchings.

Preparation

Dust free shotblasting was used to provide a light physical key. Diamond grinding was used to prepare edges.

The specified flooring

The Britdura 750 Highbuild Solvent Free Epoxy Floor Coating which is applied by trowel to a thickness of approximately 750 microns to 1mm. The Britdura 750 was chosen on this occasion in order to alleviate the surface profile and provide a good wearing surface for the long term.

Colour : Slate Grey and French Blue with our easy to clean permanent Epoxy yellow line markings installed to Technicut's floor plan.

The coating has a fine slip resistant finish and can be cleaned with ease using scrubber / dryer machines and our Epoxy Floor Detergent Cleaner (PDF).

UK Manufactured

The Britdura 750 Highbuild Solvent Free Epoxy Floor Coating is manufactured by Elgood Industrial Flooring in a new purpose built facility based in the UK.
