Project Management

Continually manufacturing and installing large areas of industrial flooring, Elgood have accrued a wealth of project management experience. Each installation is carefully planned with the client and the work is then completed on time to the agreed programme.

Installation Technique

Regardless of whether we are installing coatings, flow coats or screeds, the majority of our floors are laid with a trowel application. This ensures an even distribution of the resin and a highly consistent overall finish.

Installations are carried out by our full time employed floorlayers so there is no divided responsibility. All employees are trained by Elgood and have to complete an initial two year apprenticeship in order to lay our floorings.

This enables us to provide a comprehensive materials and workmanship guarantee.

End of Term and Renovation Services.

We offer a single source management service specifically designed to meet these requirements. Primarily, we specialize in the refurbishment of a floor which can involve working with or removing an existing floor covering.
